When I open the MRP or MPS workbench for the plan, one error pops up, showing:

ORA-01403: no data found

--------------------------------------------------------------
FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-RECORD-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01403.

Even I cannot release the PR or work order.

Is there anyone know this issue?

Can you edit a form and see what's in the WHEN-NEW-RECORD-INSTANCE trigger?

Hi, I cannot see the form. It is a new installed vision instance, do you have any suggestion?

I cannot see the form
What do you mean by this?
If you have server access, you can check the form.
Get the form name from the Help menu -> About Oracle Applications
Then in go to $AU_TOP/forms/US and open the form.
Don't change the code, it is not recommended.
But check the code to understand which sql is giving the error.
