We are receiving message "Error initializing SQL*Plus"
when trying to run SQL*PLUS either with batch or on TSO screen. Also receiving garble when running export in batch or on TSO.

I copied my production CMLOAD library from production to the test server and everything works fine. This library must have been corrupted since the last time I started this instance.
: We are receiving message "Error initializing SQL*Plus"
