How cani run them on windows?

Pro*c use to come with oracle software,I can't find it
If i run proc on command promt,command not found error.

It is on client CD not on Server one.

But for standalone server,client and server are the same thing.
What should i do then?
Do i need to install the client? or where to download proc compiler?
